Late Entries

Online entries are available until 5pm Wednesday 29 May 2024.

After online entries close, late entries will be subject to the availability of races and can be made at Registration at the location and times below.

If a distance is sold out there will be no late entries available at Registration.

Transfers to another distance

Transfers of distance are subject to availability. You can transfer up or down a distance prior to midnight Monday 22 April 2024 by logging into your Active account. If a distance is sold out there will be no transfers available to that distance.

After Monday 22 April 2024, transfers to another distance can only be done at Registration. If a distance is sold out there will be no transfers available to that distance.

There is no fee but you must pay the difference in entry fee (at that time) if you go up in distance. There is no refund for going down a distance. If a distance is sold out there will be no transfers available to that distance.

Transfer to another person

Transfers to another person must be within the same distance. If the new participant wants to change distance also then they must do that in a separate step (see above).

Transfers to another person are available prior to midnight Monday 22 April 2024. You can go to your Active account and transfer to another person. See the steps below. There is no transfer fee.

Steps to Transfer to Another Person (prior to midnight Monday 22 April 2024)

1. Log into your Active account and access My Events
2. Select Brisbane Marathon Festival and click transfer registration
3. Enter the new participant’s email address in the email address field
4. Enter the recipient’s email address again to confirm at Confirm email address
5. Click Submit
6. The new participant will receive an email inviting them to enter and pay the registration fee*
7. Your registration will be cancelled, and you will then be refunded the entry fee.

* Please note the new participant enters and pays for their entry before your credit is processed.

Transfers to another person after midnight Monday 22 April 2024 can only be done at Registration (see location and times above). There is a $15 transfer fee. You must bring your Bib (if it has not been posted to you) and an authority from the original person who entered and come to the Transfers desk. If you want to Transfer to another Distance then the rules above apply. If a distance is sold out there will be no transfers available to that distance.

Cancellations:

Where eligible, the following refund fees are applicable for cancellations, depending on when the request is received.

• Refund of 75% up to 4pm, 2 March 2024
• Refund of 50% up to 4pm, 2 April 2024
• Refund of 25% up to 4pm, 2 May 2024
• No Refunds after 2 May 2024
